Firstly wash the vegetables and cut as mention in the ingredients into desire shapes

Now add Besan flour, Rice flour, Turmeric powder, Carom seeds, Red Chilli powder, Garam Masala powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt to taste and mix well till combined and add water as required it should not be in the form of liquid it should be as shown in the Image

Now switch on the stove and put a kadai and heat the oil for deep fry bring the above mixture drop in a desire shape and deep fry until golden brown colour and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
