For Pineapple Sauce-Coarsely grind chopped pineapple

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and sauté it. Add ground pineapple and mix Add salt, black pepper powder, sugar and pineapple juice and mix well Mix cornflour in about 0.5 cup water and add the mixture to the pan and mix well. Cook until a thick consistency is attained and add vinegar Add water if needed to get required consistency and cook for another 5-7 minutes.

For Cheesy Cigar-Mix refined flour (maida), ghe/oil and salt and make a pilable dough using water. Knead until smooth (You can use ready-made wraps in order to save time and energy) Take small portion of the dough and roll out into thin rectangular sheets and keep aside.Steam carrots and sweet corn until soft and drain any waterMix carrots, sweet corn and paneer. Add salt, black pepper powder and red chilli powder and mix well Add shredded cheese in the above mixture and mix

Take a rectangular sheet and place the above prepared mixture on it along the length, leaving some space from the edges.Roll the sheet and fold both the ends to completely enclose the filling so that it doesn't seep out during frying. (Use a mixture of flour and water for sticking the ends)

Deep fry the above prepared rolls until golden-brown and crispy.Serve your Hot and Crispy CHEESY CIGARS with Tangy PINEAPPLE SAUCE!
