Sab se pehley aloo ko cheel kar dho lein or fingers shape mein cut kar lein cut krney se pehley dhoona ha us ke baad nahi phir chips ke pani ko tissue ya kaprey ki madad se dry kar lein

Pani dry honay ke baad chips mein sarey masala jaat daal lein [salt/chilli falkes/ cumin/coriander powder] phir cornflour ko chips ke upar sprinkle kar dein or achi trah sab mix kar lein

Ab oil ko karahi mein daal dein or garam kar lein or normal flame pe chips ko half half kar ke daal dein fry karney ke liya. chips karahi mein dalney kei 2 min baad is ko mix karen
