Atta acha sa gongh lein 1 tbs salt daal kar. Or 15 mnt ke leya rakh dyn. Pher chotay chotay ball bana lyn.

Moli grind kar achi tarha Pani nikal lyn.or Laal mirch, salt and coriander mix kar lyn.

Ab roti beal lyn or moli ka mixture atta Par rakh kar dosri roti rakh dyn.

Ab ahista ahista beal kar roti bari bnna lyn or tawa Par fry kar lyn. Moli ka pratha tyaar hai.
