Soak basmati rice for 30 minutes. Wash and chop all veggies. Take garlic, ginger, coriander leaves and mint leaves in a blender make it into a fine puree.

Heat Ghee a pressure cooker. Add bay leaf and sliced onions and saute till golden. Add in green Chillies saute for a minute.

Add ground masala saute for a minute. Add in tomatoes cook for a couple of minutes. Add Biryani Masala Powder and salt. Mix it well.

Add all veggies toss well in the masala. Add in soaked rice mix well with the masala. Add water and mix well.

Add sugar. It's my secret 😊. Bring everything to a good boil. Simmer the flame cover and pressure cook. Now Biryani is done.

Heat ghee in a small pan. Add cashews fry till golden. Pour this over the Biryani mix well.

Veg Biryani is ready. Serve hot.🔥
