Ingredients

  1. 4 CAlmond Flour
  2. 4-5 TbspMonk Fruit sweetener
  3. 1/3? tsp salt
  4. 4 Tbsplemon zest
  5. 2 tsplemon juice
  6. 4 Legg whites
  7. 1 TBSPAllulose sweetner (optional)
  8. 1/4 Cpowdered sugar (to dip)

Cooking Instructions

    Add dry ingredients in large bowl.

    In a separate mixing bowl, beat egg whites until it forms a snow (stiff peaks). Add lemon juice and Allulose.

    Gently fold the dry ingredients into the snow.

  4. 4

    Use a TBSP to scoop cookie dough. Roll them in the powdered sugar. Repeat.

    Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes (on 350°) Or until the edges are done or the tops begin to crackle.

    Remove from oven and let cool completely. Sprinkle more powdered sugar. And voila!
