  • 1 cupCurry leaves (without stems) -
  • 1/4 tspFenugreek seeds -
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder -
  • 1 tbspUrad Dal
  • 1/4 tspAsafoetida -
  • 1/2 tspSalt -
  • 1 tspJeera seeds -
  • 1/ 4 tbspChana dal

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and dry the curry leaves

    In a pan roast all the ingredients without oil one by one except curry leaves

  3. 3

    Transfer it to the mixer jar

    Then fry the curry leaves and transfer it to the mixer jar

    Now grind curry leaves and all the other ingredients together to a fine or coarse powder
