Heat pan put one katori water add fennel seeds,pinch of salt & half spoon ghee let the water boil on high flame.

Now add little by little semolina and stirring continuously to make the dough.let the flame off.

Then prepare stuffing.In another pan add grated nariyal half katori sugar stir well let the sugar melt.Then add chopped dry fruits into it let the flame off transfer it to a plate.let it cool.

Then knead the semolina dough using ghee to make it soft.After that take small portion of the dough in your hand make round,then flat add 1 tsp dry fruit stuffing again cover with dough and then press little to give tikki type shape palm.

In a kadai heat oil and fry kakara pitha on low to medium flame.

Fry these very carefully from one side then flip to another side when they turn brown then they are ready.
