Steamed Kabocha in the Microwave

Since these are steamed with water, they won't turn out dry but deliciously moist. They're very convenient for various dishes, so always make them. I just came up with it on the spot. You can even eat these plain because they're so delicious. They also go well with ground sesame, salt, dashi soy sauce, mayonnaise, etc.
Step 2: The cooking time will vary on your microwave. Keep your eye on them.
The time will also vary on what you'll be cooking the kabocha for. If they will be later fried, cook for a short time. If they will be used in salads or croquettes, heat for longer. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221
