Steps
- 1
Cut the chikuwa in half vertically so that they cook well.
- 2
Make the ◎ batter.
- 3
Make sure not to stack the batter coated chikuwa.
- 4
Immediately cover with a lid to keep the grease from splattering, and flip them over while keeping an eye on them.
- 5
They are done once the grease has evaporated. Enjoy.
- 6
I also add them to my high school son's bento. It always makes me happy when he tells me his bento was delicious.
- 7
If you mix the batter inside a mushroom or tofu container, then you can throw it away after using, and there is nothing to wash.
- 8
If you place them in a box made out of newspaper, then there are no dishes.
