Almond Cream (Crème d'Amandes)

This is the crème d'amandes that I always make. I love it.

When you're mixing, just blend everything together. If you incorporate air into the batter, it will expand, so be careful. This is a cream you can use immediately after making. If you would like, add a tablespoon of liquor (such as rum or brandy). Recipe by Yukiline
