Easy Marzipan Figures with Pancake Mix

I wanted to make something like this from leftover tart dough.
If you add body parts, it will puff up and will look different. It looks OK for figures like animals, but I recommend making just a face for figures like Anpanman. Make the color of the dough slightly darker because the color of the figure will be lighter after baking it. You can freeze the leftover dough for later use. Recipe by Healthy daisuki

For Doll Festival: Easy Tri-Color Steamed Bread Cake made with Pancake Mix For Doll Festival: Easy Tri-Color Steamed Bread Cake made with Pancake Mix
I wanted to make a tri-color pound cake for the doll festival....and I wanted it to be healthy...there was still some yogurt left...and why not make steamed bread? ....so I just mixed the ingredients and made this! When creating a layer with the batter, pour the batter evenly from the beginning like in Step 7. If you pour the batter in the middle first and try to spread it out, the cake batters will blend together. I didn't use sugar because I had in mind to make a healthy cake, so the cake is only slightly sweet. Adjust the amount of sugar depending to your liking. For one 15 cm [5.9 in] × 15 cm plastic container. Recipe by Marrietty cookpad.japan -
Simple Tart Base with Pancake Mix Simple Tart Base with Pancake Mix
I was aiming for a simple tart without butter and is easy to make even for beginners. The pinch of salt brings out the flavor. The sweetness is really brought out by the soft flavor of the pancake mix and the sweet custard cream. It's easier to combine and mix the dough batter when using vegetable oil rather than olive oil. You can use soy milk but it doesn't bring out the taste of the pancake mix as well. For 18 cm [7.1 in] tart pan. Recipe by Nekozame cookpad.japan -
Character Crepes Made from Pancake Mix Character Crepes Made from Pancake Mix
I thought about making a cloth-like crepe using pancake mix for my pancake and crepe-loving son, but inspiration struck when I was making it, so I rolled them up and drew on some faces. The faces will fall off if you don't strongly whip the heavy cream.Adding in lots of heavy cream gives these a good shape. When adding in more of milk B to turn it into a crepe batter, you will end up with crepes that are too thick if there is not enough milk, and you won't be able to tuck it in at the bottom. Please try it out after cooking just one piece. Recipe by Hamumaki cookpad.japan -
Easy Paris-Brest Cream Puffs using Pancake Mix for Festive Occasions Easy Paris-Brest Cream Puffs using Pancake Mix for Festive Occasions
A friend requested a foolproof cream puff recipe... So I looked up the ingredient list of pancake mix and cake flour, and through trial and error, I was able to come up with this "simple" recipe.Feel free to change the shape or size of the cream puff shell, the cream filling or fruits.I've included some tips to help you out.Do not use ingredients straight out of the fridge or too much eggs.Pancake mix bakes darker quicker than flour.Bake the puff batter immediately. When making the ring, the width should be no more than 4 cm. If it's too thick, it gets too heavy and collapses. It looks pretty when it rises high.Do NOT open the over door until it has completely finished baking. For two 17 cm [6.7 in] round pans or 10 puffs. Simple Crepes From Pancake Mix Simple Crepes From Pancake Mix
While I was working at a cake shop, I would make 3 liters' worth of crepes every day.3 liters is too much to make at home, so I adjusted the ingredient amounts for manageable portion sizes. If the frying pan is properly heated before you cook, you won't fail at cooking the crepes. You could use margarine instead of butter and it will still be good, but if you use a low-calorie spread, the crepes will tend to burn.Cooked crepes can be stored in the fridge if you wrap them individually. Fluffy Sponge Cake with Pancake Mix Fluffy Sponge Cake with Pancake Mix
I made this for my daughter who has an egg allergy. I think this cake is the closest to a normal sponge cake so far. I baked it the day before, and decorated it the day after, but the cake was still nice and soft. But, since it's so soft, and it may break when you slice in half, so be careful.Just mix. It gets too hot on the middle rack in our oven, so I bake it on the lower rack. But I think this may differ depending on your oven, so just take that as a reference. Bake for longer if needed.
