Mix all ingredients together. Keep it overnight. Next morning, mix well again and knead it like a dough. If too soft can add little aata. Then make small balls, flatten it on your palm. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry in batches till golden brown and crispy. Serve with curd, chutney, pickle, tomato ketchup or milk as you prefer.
