Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1red apple
  2. 3 tbsegg whites (roughly two large eggs)
  3. 1/3dry plain oats
  4. 1/4 tspcinnamon(you can use more cause its yummy)
  5. 1/4 tspbaking powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the red apple and cut it into small pieces, put in the blender and add the rest of the ingredients

  2. 2

    Blend until its liquid

  3. 3

    Add 1/2 tbs honey to the mixture if you want them sweeter

  4. 4

    Spray olive oil onto the cooking pan and cook them like regular pancakes

  5. 5

    Use any type of toppings you like. I use strawberry, banana, and little honey
