Steps

Soak the sabudana for 6 hours with adequate water.

Boil the potato and mash it after deskinning it.

Mix the potato with sabudana.
- 4
Add all the spices chopped coriander green chilli and groundnut powder.
- 5
Take some ghee in an apple pan makes small ball size Vada.
- 6
Cook it in appe pan rolling every few seconds.
- 7
The procedure is laborious but the Vada is not deep fried and hence healthier.

Serve it with curd and groundnut chutney.
