  • 100 ml water to make roti
  • as neededSome dry fruites for garnish
  • 100 garamPunjabi shakkar
  • As neededCow ghee for some roast to panjiri

    Mix the bajrey Atta and hot ghee and add some water to make dough and make rotti after some time when rotti to take rest and rub your hands and to make thin type powder and put on gas to karhi and some ghee and roasted atta to some time roast to just like pink then becomes normal and put on punjabi shakkar and garnish to dry fruits LO JI AJJ KHO LOHRI MUBRAK SUBKO BY SANGEETA SOOD LUDHIANA
