Steps

Mix in a bowl boiled chicken, salt chilli powder, Chinese salt and boiled potatoes.

Take samosa sheet an put 1 tbls chicken filling in it and fold in samosa shape.

Now brush the sides with egg white and press to bind.
- 4
Deep Fry in medium high flame till golden from all sides.
- 5
After frying sprinkle with chat masala and serve with ketchup.
