Steps

Cut beans and potato.
Wash and keep aside. - 2
Now take an iron wok and put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and heat it.

Add cumin seeds. After roasting cumin, ginger is green chili.

When ginger is sauteed add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli and salt and fry it a little, Add chopped beans and potato cubes.

Stir everything with a big spoon and roast them for 2-3 minutes with spices.

Now cover the wok and let the vegetables cook on low gas for 7-10 minutes.
Open the lid after a while, stir the vegetables.
Let it cook again

After 5-7 minutes, check again and press the potato with a spoon, if the potato is breaking easily then it’s ready and if the potato is still hard then cover the wok again and keep it for 5 more minutes.

Check if beans and potato cubes are soft and done then add garam masala and stir on a high flame to roast a bit. The vegetable is ready.
Serve and enjoy with parathas, naan or chapati.
