30 minutes

  • 1 cupChicken cube
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspCrushed garlic
  • 1/2 tspCrushed ginger
  • 1.5 tbspCornflour
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • 1/2 tbspSoya sauce
  • Oil for deep fry

    Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients

    Rest for 15 minutes... Heat oil and deep fry

  3. 3

    Serve with chilli garlic sauce
