Ingredients

50 minutes
  1. 2-6chicken thighs with or with out bone (skin left on)
  2. Black pepper to taste
  3. 1 (1 oz.)packet dry ranch salad dressing mix
  4. 2 tbspolive oil
  5. 1 tbspwater
  6. 1 tbsplemon juice
  7. 1garlic clove, minced (I use about 3)

Cooking Instructions

50 minutes
  1. 1

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. 2

Cover a baking sheet in foil, non-stick side up.

  3. 3

Place the chicken thighs on baking sheet with the fattest side up.

  4. 4

Generously season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

Bake chicken for 25 minutes, when skin has started to crisp.

  6. 6

In a small bowl, combine the dressing mix with the olive oil and minced garlic and blend. If needed add the lemon juice to thin mixture.

  7. 7

Brush the ranch and oil mixture over the chicken thighs.

  8. 8

Continue to cook chicken in oven until crispy and golden brown and internal temperature reads 165 degrees.

  9. 9

To get a tiny bit more crunch broil for 5 minutes watching your chicken closely so it doesn't burn.

  10. 10

Serve with bulgur wheat, salad, rice, kimchi, broccoli and more.

Do you have to use the foil lined cookie sheet or can you use a casserole or pyrex instead?
