1 kgsmall pieces of fish
to tastesalt
2 tspchat masala
2 tspginger garlic paste
1 tspcarom seeds
as neededgram flour (Besan)
pinchRed eatable colour
1 tspKashmiri lal mirch
1/2 tspdegi red mirch
as neededoil for frying

Wash & marinate the fish with all ingredients for 1 hour

Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry on high flame.

Take the. out on the tissue paper.

Sprinkle chat masala on it, serve with mayonnaise.
