Ingredients

6-8 servings
  • 1 kgsmall pieces of fish
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tspchat masala
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspcarom seeds
  • as neededgram flour (Besan)
  • pinchRed eatable colour
  • 1 tspKashmiri lal mirch
  • 1/2 tspdegi red mirch
  • as neededoil for frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash & marinate the fish with all ingredients for 1 hour

    Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry on high flame.

    Take the. out on the tissue paper.
