As required Super Firm Tofu (Extra Firm Tofu) OR Paneer + 1 tbsp corn flour + salt + pepper
as neededOil
1 tbspsoy sauce (Dark)
1 tbspVegan oyester sauce
1 tsprice vinegar
1 tspsesame oil
2 tbspmaple syrup (sugar)
1 tbsphot sauce
1/4 tspblack pepepr powder
as per tastesalt
1/4 cupwater + 1 tbsp corn starch
6-7 clovesgarlic
as required sesame oil

Add corn flour to tofu/paneer and coat it well

Once its well coated, shallow fry them on Tawa
3

Once they are crisp, take it out and set aside

Mix all the sauces and chop garlic
5

Into pan add oil and add garlic, saute it for sometime
6

Now add the sauce mixture
7

Now make slurry with corn flour and water and add it to the mixture
8

Now add fried tofu/paneer and mix well
9

Serve immediately for crispy tofu/paneer

Hi.. Have bought tofu but don't like the taste.. Will this receipie really will remove the wierd taste of tofu ?? Also instead oyster sauce , which other sauce can be used ? Also do we coat tofu with dry corn flour and than fry or wet corn flour ?
