French beans sabzi

Peeled off and washed out the potato. Cut the edges of the beans both sides. Now chopped the French Beans, potato, ginger and green chilli. Keep aside

On medium flame heat mustard oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds n asafoetida, saute for 10 seconds. Mix ginger and green chilli saute for 30 seconds.

Now add beans and potato mix well and saute for few seconds. Now mix all ingredients except amchur powder and garam masala. Mix well and cover the lid. On simmer cook for 3 minutes.

Cook the beans while stirring occasionally. After cooked 5 minutes remove the lid and check, if cooked, mix garam masala and amchur powder. Saute for few seconds then switch off the flame.

Transfer into serving plate, garnish with coriander leaves. "French Beans Sabzi" is ready to serve. Enjoy !!
