Boiling water throw in that fish maw in for 3mins to soften. Rinsed in water and cut in shreds. Ready all Ingredients to cook, refer to picture 2

Throw fish maw with around 6 bowls of water in pot, high heat to a boil. When Boiling add in corn for 3 mins then add in canned corn for another 3 mins. Now add in a spoonful of sauce, with a dash of salt. Taste test add more salt or sauce to your desire. When ok, slowly drip beaten eggs into the pot while stirring.

When taste ok add in the shrimp together with corn starch water to thicken the soup. When its thicken switch heat off.

Serve Hot. DONE
