Steps

Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes. Add 3 cups of water to 1 cup of rice.

Add green peas, french beans, salt, pav bhaji masala, sambhar masala, coriander powder and garam masala to it.

Now heat oil/ghee for tempering. Add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, asafoetida, red chilli powder and turmeric powder to it. Pour the tempering in the rice.

Stir and microwave for 20 minutes at 720°. Serve hot.
