Easy Walnut Snowball Cookies - Just Like the Ones From a Famous Bakery!?

cookpad.japan

I wanted to make something not-too-sweet and crunchy just like the ones from my favorite bakery! So I made these. You just mix and bake these, so please give them a try.

Make sure not to burn the walnuts in Step 1! The cookies are also difficult to roll up if you don't break the walnuts apart enough. Make sure not to overheat the butter in step 2! The cookies will break apart if you shake the cookies too vigorously in Step 2, so please shake them gently. Recipe by satoclover
