Take a bowl mix rice and dal wash it and leave it in bowl with water for 10 minutes

Take a cooker. Melt butter in it add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Crackle it add ginger, chillies and garlic mix well

Add onion, peanuts mix well and cook for 2 minutes till a golden brown colour

Add potatoes, tomatoes then add rice Dal in it

Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt then add water in it cook for 5 minutes

Cover it with lid and take 5 whistles after that our khichdi is ready

Take a pan heat butter in it add all boiled veggies and capsicum add jeera powder and salt cook for 5 minutes veggies are ready

Take a good tawa. Keep it in medium flame place cabbage leaves in an assembled way add khichdi in between and veggies on side. Sprinkle spring onion in between. keep butter beneath cabbage leaves for Smoky flavour. Sizzler khichdi is ready
