Christmas Frankfurter Sausage Pie Wreath

I wanted to make a finger snack for my children's Christmas party, and so I created this.
This is easy! You can make one more Christmas dish from the remaining vegetables. Chicken tomato stew has different ingredients in a pot, but you just need to put everything in a pot and cook. As sausages are already salted with flavor, you don't need to season the pie. Simply wrap them. Coarsely ground sausage meat are also tasty. Recipe by DayG

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the pastry in triangles like in the photo. I cut one sheet into four pieces like the photo. Roll out with a rolling pin.
- 2
Wrap a sausage with the pastry, and brush a beaten egg yolk. Cover with foil, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for 5-6 more minutes while keeping an eye on it.
- 3
The main ingredients are done. The sealed side should be down when baked.
- 4
Make a bow tie from a imitation crab stick and place on the dish.
- 5
Cut a cherry tomato in half, and put a quail egg in between. This is Santa Clause.
- 6
Line the plate with the greens,
- 7
and place the pie bites on top.
- 8
Decorate with snowmen made from quail eggs, mushrooms made from radish and briefly boiled bell pepper cut with star-shaped cutter. Sprinkle snow (made from powdered cheese) for a final touch.
- 9
You can make one more dish from the remaining vegetables, such as the bell peppers after cutting out shapes with a cookie cutter and cherry tomatoes. Simmer in a pot with chicken, canned tomato, wine, and soup stock.
- 10
Sprinkle basil leaves, and another dish is done.

Easy Stick Pies for Christmas Easy Stick Pies for Christmas
I was thinking about snacks to serve during Christmas time. They're like candy canes made with pastry instead. The aluminum foil sticks to the puff pastry slightly when it's fresh out of the oven. This makes it prone to breaking. Use a spoon or spatula to remove it neatly. Recipe by Genpokin. cookpad.japan -
Merry Christmas! Tree Shaped Gratin Pie Merry Christmas! Tree Shaped Gratin Pie
This gratin made using spices is a big hit with my family. I used the gratin as a filling for this tree-shaped pie for Christmas. If you have a variety of spices stocked, you can enjoy this in many ways!- Please try making this with your favorite ingredients. This time I used tomatoes and broccoli with the Christmas theme in mind. In addition, the baking time will vary with each oven, so please adjust while baking.- I used whole cumin seeds when sautéing, and 3 types of powdered spices for the sauce to make it spicy and fragrant. By doing this, the aroma of the spices is enhanced, and the flavors are more distinct. Recipe by Wagamamamusume cookpad.japan -
