150 gramsPancake mix
100 mlHeavy cream (Non-dairy heavy cream is fine.)
1Egg
40 gramsSugar

Prepare the ingredients.

Combine the egg and sugar into a bowl and mix with a whisk.

When mixed, stir in the heavy cream.

Add the pancake mix to Step 2 and cut in the batter with a rubber spatula.

Pour the batter into the muffin moulds 60-70% full.

Bake for 20-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 170ºC. When a skewer poked through comes out clean, they are done.
