Here's my take on making easy matcha muffins.

Preheat the oven to 180℃.

Combine the pancake mix and matcha, and sift.

Add the eggs and sugar to a bowl and whisk. Add the milk and mix it in.

Add the vegetable oil in small batches. Add the sifted powder from step 2 and mix everything together.

Pour half of the dough into aluminum cupcake liners. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes to finish.
