Take all the vegetables and chop them.

Take a pan and heat oil.add chopped ginger garlic chilli and add other vegetables after 1 minute.add salt and other masala(red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder).let it cook for 5 mins.

Take a vessel and boil water.add socked rice to it.add salt and 1 tsp ghee.let it half cook.and drain water in a strainer.

Mix cooked rice with cooked vegetables.veg pulao is ready.
