Mix all the stuffing masala and potatoes in a bowl.

In the wheat flour mix salt,ajbain,sooji,soda and ghee.

Mix all, in the fist consistency, make a soft dough like parantha with the help of lukewarm water rest this ten minutes.

Preheat the gas oven,make peda and stuff potato masala in this pedas,lid the cover for ten minutes.

Open the lid turn the batis annother side again cover this for five minutes it's ready brush ghee upon these battis serve hot with dall.it's too yummy relish this rajsthani holiday brunch.
