  • 1small pc ginger
  • 1-2green chilies
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds
  • 1 tspajwain
  • 1/2 tsphing
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1-2 tspred chilli powder
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 11/2 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • as requiredOil for cooking

    Wash and chop methi leaves.

    Crush ginger garlic and chilli.

    Add all the ingredients to knead the dough.

    Take small portion & roll like a paratha.
