Steps

Dry roast peanuts on a medium-low heat stirring often until it turn aromatic and remove its skin easily. Cool them completely and being to remove the skin of peanuts by crushing it gently with kitchen towel.

Similarly dry roast seasami seeds until it turn aromatic.

Grease kitchen platform, rolling pin and pizza cutter/knife

Add jaggery and water to a heavy bottomed pan /Kadhai. Being to dissolve on low - medium flame.

Being to boil and stirring constantly until the syrup bubbles well and thickens slightly

Keep checking the syrup consistency. To check, drop a few drops of jaggery syrup to the water. First stage will be soft ball consistency

Repeat checking by dropping syrup to water until syrup will harden immediately when dropping to cold water. Remove it and break it must be like a candy and should not be string.

Turn off flame. Add peanuts and seasami mix well, immediately transfer to the greased platform and roll with the rolling pin to level the top. Make marks when it is hot with pizza cutter/knife.

Cool completely separate its pieces from marks and store it in air tight jar.
