Steps

Soak Basmat rice in water, minimum 2 or 3 hours.

Wash peel and Grate carrots.

Now put water in a pan, then cook soaked rice and Grated Carrots together.

When rice and Carrots are cooked add milk

Cook over high flame,Stirring Constantly till the mixture comes to boil.

Now you can lower the heat and let the mixture cook till it is thick.

Add sugar and continue stirring till sugar dissolved and mixture is quit thick

Add cardamom powder and condensed milk, mixed well and cook till most of moisture has evaporated

Remove from flame and transfer in a serving bowl, garnish with almonds and pistachios, refrigerate until ready to serve
