Toast the bread as usual. Make it in to small pieces and keep it aside

In a wok pour oil put cumin powder. Then saute onions capsicum and green chillies.

Add ginger garlic paste. Fry for a minute. Then add grated tomatoes followed by all the masala powders, salt and turmeric powder

Then fry for five _ten minutes. Add bread pieces and mix well. Put tomato sauce and bbq sauce. Garnish with coriander leaves. Final touch with lemon juice or can skip that step

Masala bread upma is ready to serve
