Easy Molten Chocolate Cake

I just wanted an easy way of making this.

I want to have a small treat during my breaks.
For a grown-up taste, you can try adding a teaspoon of brandy or rum.
Adjust the baking time according to your oven. (The picture shows ramekins that are about 7 cm in diameter.)
It's hard to see in the picture, but I lined the ramekins with aluminum cups. It's like a half-baked chocolate cake. Recipe by @rinna

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1Chocolate bar (I recommend bitter)
  2. 2Eggs
  3. 3 tbspButter (or margarine)
  4. 1heaping tablespoon Cake flour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Use your hands to break up the chocolate bar. Melt in the microwave together with the butter for 1-1:30 minutes. Use a spoon to mix it as it melts.

  2. 2

Combine the eggs and flour in a bowl and mix well. When it becomes white and free of lumps, it's ready. Quickly mix it together with a whisk.

  3. 3

Mix Steps 1 and 2 together, then fill the ramekins 80% full.

  4. 4

Place in a preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes. It's already done.

  5. 5

    Wow!

  6. 6

    Serve while hot!

  7. 7

You can use any kind of chocolate you like, but I recommend you use bitter chocolate as it gives a deeper flavor If you'd like it to be sweeter, use some sugar.

  8. 8

This one uses 2 coffee creamers in place of butter for a low fat version.
