Steps

Heat up a frying pan over the medium-high flame: Add in the oil/ghee...Goes in the Chopped Onions, Curry Leaves, Salt & Sugar & the Red Chilli Powder- Sauté until translucent/Pinkish

Sauté for about just 3-4 or maximum 5 mins over the medium flame, until the raw smell goes off- Turn off the flame & allow it to cool down completely

In a Blender Jar: Add in the same- Pulse it for about 2-3 mins at intervals...Our INSTANT ONIONS-CURRY LEAVES CHUTNEY is ready to add into the graciousness of any Cuisine, at any point of the day 💁🏻♀️

This particular recipe is my kinda tweaked or you may say: An accidental creation and post that, I myself truly don’t go for any other variations of it...it doesn’t call for any additional tempering spices or similar- Simply dish out to a Chutney Bowl & relish it as the most delectable condiments on this earth...!!!
