Fried Rice with Salmon Flakes

I used to eat this for lunch all the time when I was a university student. I remembered the recipe and made it again.
Since the salmon flakes are already salty, adjust the amount of salt to taste. Recipe by TWOHEARTS

Steps
- 1
Finely chop the green onion. Add some salt (not listed) to the egg and beat it.
- 2
Heat up the sesame oil in a frying pan and pour in the beaten egg from Step 1. Add the rice immediately and cook over high heat.
- 3
Mix and stir-fry the egg and rice, then add the salmon flakes and the green onion. Continue cooking over medium heat.
- 4
Once Step 3 has been lightly cooked, add the white sesame seeds and the soy sauce. Once the flavors have blended, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat and serve.
