Sab sy pahly omlette bnany ke liye piyaz, tamatar or green chilli ko bareek cut kar lein.

Ab is mein salt or red pepper add kar ke fork sy achy se mix kar lein.

Ab ek frying pan mein oil gram karein or omlette fry kar lyn

Paratha bnany ke liye kneaded flour se ek perah lyn or bail kar hlky sy oil mein fry kar lein.

Tea bnany ke liye sb sy pahly pani garam karein.

Ab is mein tea leaves or sugar add kar ke boil hony dein.

Ab is mein milk add kar dein or 2,3 boil any tak pkayn.

Ab tea ko cups mein nikal lyn ir mzydar sa healthy breakfast enjoy karein
