First take one big vessel in that take floor and curd mix it well and leave it overnight, then take ginger, garlic, chilly and methi.

In the morning take flour mix add chilli garlic, ginger paste, methi, and dried spices and mix it well.

Then make a small balls and vada from the mixture.

Then fry vadas in low flame and serve it hot.
