Healthy breakfast for all. Best for dieabetic and aged family members.
Steps

Take a pan put on low flame, add oats stir with spoon once and add water quickly,also add cardemom.

Cook at low to medium flame. Stir continously till water dries. Now add sugar, mix and add milk.
- 3
Stir and cook till porridge become medium thick.
- 4
If there is a issue of sugar, do not use sugar. You can add pinch salt.
