Again Same Kadai just clean it now add Leftover oil or add onion paste and spices mix it or cook 4To5 mint then add malai an milk

Mix well or add peas,salt stir continue cook this,After2 mints add boil methi and garam masala

Cook 2To3 minutes cover the lid with add kasuri methi or last add the fresh cream mix it well light hand methi matar malai is ready to done
