Ingredients

  • 1 cupruby chocolate
  • 6 tablespoonPink tea

Steps

  1. 1

    Place chocolate in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and stir and microwave for further 15 seconds. Repeat microwaving for 15 seconds until it is almost melted but not completely melted.

    Paint a thin layer of chocolate into the moulds and refrigerate for 5 minutes. Paint second coat of chocolate over the first. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set. 
Remove chocolate out of the moulds and fill with 1 tablespoon of pink-tea.

    Pipe some melted chocolate around the rim and attach the second sphere on top. Pressing gently to seal or alternatively you can heat a pan on low heat and rub one part of sphere and stick.

    Drizzle some chocolate on top if preferred.
    In a cup boil milk and add the chocolate bomb and enjoy.

Hi all, my name is Rekha. I am Indian by birth, born in Uganda, East Africa, I now live in Wilby, Northamptonshire/England.I retired at the age of 60 due to severe arthritis. I am married, a mother and grandmother.I learnt to cook from my parents at a very young age of seven. I started to cook simple dishes for the family and gradually learnt how to cook. My mum use to cook at our shop where we sold Indian sweets and savouries. I have learnt a lot from my mum. I started cooking fusion dishes and learning from others. My strong point is making sweet dishes and innovating new dishes. I can improvise and be creative in leftover dishes.I love being on Cookpad because I can share and learn new recipes. I have also made a lot of friends.
