Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 20Chicken wings
  2. 150 mlSoy sauce
  3. 50 mlSake
  4. 1 cloveGarlic
  5. 1Cherry tomatoes, etc

Cooking Instructions

    Crush the garlic with the flat of a knife. Bring the sake to a boil to evaporate the alcohol. Add the soy sauce, and garlic, then bring to a boil. Let it cool down.

    Bring the chicken wings to room temperature. Put the chicken wings in the soy sauce mixture, and massage well. Marinate for 8 minutes while flipping occasionally. Transfer into a sieve.

    Preheat the oven to 250℃. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and arrange the chicken wings.

  4. 4

    Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 250℃. Turn up the temperature to 300℃, and bake for 3 minutes, then done. Adjust the baking time to suit your oven.

    Serve with cold beer!
