Tempting cauliflower at first into hot oil & stirring it for few minutes. Then added other vegetables & salt. Cooked them with cover for 4-5 minutes. Then added all spices and paneer.again cooked them with cover for 5-6 minutes.

When oil came out from thz. it'll be fried properly. Keep aside and let them cool.

Now boiled water for soaking leaves at least 2-3 minutes. Then strained water and placed those leaves into ice cold water for 5-6 minutes. strained water.

Now placed a leaf and poured mixture.Rolled it.

Brush a pan with lil bit oil.Shallow fried those rolls each n every sides for 2 minutes. Don't over fried them otherwise it'll loose taste.

At last served them with Beetroot dip.
