Dry fruits pulao
Steps

First wash the rice with clean water 2-3 times and soak it for at least 10 - 15 minutes.

In a pan add 2 tbsp ghee and add cloves,bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamoms and black pepper and sauté till the spices turn aromatic. Now add Cashew, almonds Raisins and saute till they turn light golden brown.

Add 1 cup soaked basmati rice. saute for a minute on medium flame without breaking rice grains.also add sugar and salt and mix.

Pour 13/4 cups water and add soaked saffron and stir.

Cover and let the rice cook on a medium flame, till the water is absorbed and the rice is well cooked.

Turns off the flame and let the rice stand for 5 minutes.pulao is ready.

Pour into a plate and garnish with some dry fruits and serve.
