Chewy Gummies Easily Made in the Microwave

I was thinking I could make easy gummies in the microwave.
If you leave it in the fridge longer after it has hardened in Step 3, it will become hard. However, because it contains gelatin, it will soften again and become more "gummi-like" once you leave it out at room temperature. Recipe by AyakoOOOOO

1-Minute Soft Fruit Gummies 1-Minute Soft Fruit Gummies
I made these for my son who wants to buy gummies every time we go to the supermarket. After we finished eating store-bought gummies, I made these in the same shape as the ones we always buy. I don't think he's noticed yet (hehe). You can make colorful gummies by using strawberry, blueberry, or whatever kind of jam you like. For an amount that's easy to make. Homemade Strawberry Gummies Homemade Strawberry Gummies
These are kind of a mix between gummies and fruit chews, but so much better for you with ingredients you control and these are so simple to make. I got my gummy bear molds on Amazon for pretty cheap, but this recipe is still completely doable without silicone molds (see step 5). It's fun to come up with different flavor combinations for homemade gummy snacks. You could also use 1 cup of 100% fruit juice instead of the strawberries. Just don't use pineapple or kiwi...they have enzymes that don't allow the gelatin to set properly. Recipe adapted from : Mind Over Munch @ YouTube Christina -

My friend found this recipe for gummy sweets and we decided to adapt and make it. No idea where she saw it originally. Gooey and Soft Kashiwa Mochi Made Easily in a Microwave Gooey and Soft Kashiwa Mochi Made Easily in a Microwave
I wanted to have soft and just-made kashiwa mochi on Children's Day.Using joshinko flour does makes tasty kashiwa mochi, but the shiratamako flour gives a more gooey texture. You can increase the amount of shiratamako flour up to 50%, but the amount of water will change. Adjust the amount of water as you knead.I wrote down every step carefully, so you might think there are a lot of things to do, but basically mix the ingredients evenly and microwave! They are not so sweet regularly, so if you want to have sweeter ones, add sugar in 5 g increments. I knead the dough during Step 6 for about 1 minute. For making 5 to 6 (when you use joshinko only). Creamy Caramel Candy in the Microwave Creamy Caramel Candy in the Microwave
When I came out of the bath the other day, Satoda Mai, a famous Japanese celebrity, was on TV making creamy caramel candy with a pot. It was even officially recognized by Hanabatake Farm (a famous brand of caramels). I wondered if I could make it easier using a microwave, and hence came up with this recipe. I've slightly changed the ratio of ingredients to make in the microwave.-From Step 4 onwards, stir as if you're scraping it off the sides of the container. If you insert the spatula into the middle, the candy will bubble up and overflow. So, take care to stir carefully.-Please adjust the number of times you heat the batter according to your microwave.
