If there is any food that represents Americana its the humble yet sizzling hot dogs, the most common street food & most loved food at baseball stadiums & barbecues. It can also refer to the sausage itself.I have used hot & spicy chicken frankferturs.

2Frankfurters sausages(hotdogs)
2hoagie Buns
leavesSalad
2 tspmustard paste
2 tbspmayonnaise
2cheese slices
1/2cucumber
1 tbspoil

Warm oil in pan. Add sausages in pan and fry from all sides evenly by tilting pan oftenly

Slice the hoagie buns. Spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise on each bun. Place salad leaves and cheese slice

When sausage is fried place it over salad. Add few cucumber & tomato slices.

Apply 1 tsp mustard paste either over sausage or at the upper side of hoagie bun. Press a bit & enjoy life
