I tried this with various ratios.
But when I add white chocolate, it made the taste richer.

You can increase the amount of the white chocolate to your liking.

Ingredients

  1. 90 gramsChocolate
  2. 10 gramsWhite chocolate
  3. 50 gramsHeavy cream
  4. 2 tspRum
  5. 1Cocoa powder

Cooking Instructions

    Line a circular mold or a container with a sheet of parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Combine chocolate, white chocolate, and heavy cream into a small bowl, and place over a double boiler.

  3. 3

    When the chocolate is completely melted, remove from the double boiler. Add rum.

  4. 4

    Pour into the container, and smooth out the surface with a spoon, then chill in the fridge.

  5. 5

    When it's well hardened, cut it into your preferred size pieces.

    Coat with cocoa powder.

    And it's done.
