Cooking Instructions

Line a circular mold or a container with a sheet of parchment paper.

Combine chocolate, white chocolate, and heavy cream into a small bowl, and place over a double boiler.

When the chocolate is completely melted, remove from the double boiler. Add rum.

Pour into the container, and smooth out the surface with a spoon, then chill in the fridge.

When it's well hardened, cut it into your preferred size pieces.

Coat with cocoa powder.
